A visit to Co-op Portland Academy followed, where students proudly shared their favourite books in their vibrant library space. Previously a space lacking resources, it is now a thriving hub for students and families after working with #CradleToCareer #PlaceBasedChange

The North Birkenhead #CradleToCareer team highlighted our collaborative, place-based approach, and the Multi-Disciplinary Team shared their experiences of how shared knowledge and expertise has enabled them to better support local families and children.
