As a people we are all in this together but a vocal few are destroying our country under the guise of 'fixing' it. Coffee drinker & concerned citizen.

Too many Maori make excuses for Maori gangs existing even though Maori are most adversely affected by them. "Tikanga expert Rhonda Tibble said the police crackdown wasn't the way to go, & Māori kawa – customs and protocol – needed better consideration" 1news.co.nz/2024/11/28/arr…

The fact that American's have a choice between Trump & Harris says a lot about the state of that country. The fact that Trump is the better candidate of the two says even more. Lots of skeletons in the Harris closet it seems - lying about her family tree seemingly just the start.

Meanwhile the study found no impact on actual student achievement. That’s why we’re redirecting the funds toward maths, the world’s only universal language. Only 22% of Year 8 students are at expected maths standards – 12% for Māori. It’s time we put their interests first.

We have new 'supercomputer' models showing massive increases in temperature. These replace the old, incorrect and overstated supercomputer models. "NIWA climate modellers used a supercomputer to run several of the most up-to-date global climate models" 1news.co.nz/2024/09/19/nz-…

What happens when you continuously tell one group of people they are superior to others & 'special' simply because of their genetic makeup... "He described the assailant as tall, in his mid-40s, and of Māori or Pacific Island descent, with short hair and a tattoo on his neck"

I expect zero from any 27 year old of today. Especially one from a university/ governance roles background. "Is there a danger that some may expect too much from her too soon?" thepress.co.nz/nz-news/350406…

Ah, the good old days when anyone questioning any of the COVID 'rules' & lockdowns was seen as a danger to the community & our country. Looking back this sort of stuff seems like something out of Monty Python. newstalkzb.co.nz/news/national/…

It's comments like these that hold back women's sport. The reason she's being ridiculed by the vast majority is for how inept she is at her chosen sport. "Gunn, a 36-yr old Australian university lecturer, lost all three of her round-robin battles by a combined score of 54-0"

@PronouncedHare Dropping poverty reduction targets that Labour was never going to get even remotely close to achieving has been a 'game-changer'.

The issue isn't that Celine Dion lip synced, it's that officials lied about it after the event. Not only did she practise with the same pre-recorded backing track (hence showing it was never going to be 'live') but that track has also been pitch corrected. youtube.com/watch?v=qS557_…

The whole Olympic movement is a disgrace for a number of reasons.
Oli London@OliLondonTV

JK Rowling slams Paris Olympics calling it a ‘Disgrace’ after a biological male beat a female in women’s boxing. “A young female boxer has just had everything she’s worked and trained for snatched away because you allowed a male to get in the ring with her. You’re a disgrace, your ‘safeguarding’ is a joke and #Paris24 will be forever tarnished by the brutal injustice done to Carini.” The Harry Potter authors comments came after Algerian boxer Imane Khelif, who is biologically male, beat Italian female boxer Angela Carini in 46 seconds.

As if the Satanic display at the opening ceremony wasnt enough, the Olympics glorifies men punching women in the face with the intent of knocking them unconscious. Imane Khelif is 1 of 2 male boxers fighting women at the Olympics. A woman is going to die.

This is correct. The biggest influence on how much support the NZ Greens gets at any time is how popular the NZ Labour Party currently are.

Ardern was heavily supported by a fawning NZ media and even then didn't make a dent in the popularity of the sitting PM who had only recently taken over from a very popular PM & whose party was going for a 4th straight term in govt. By the election her vote was falling away.
