This is Usman Nuhu and his gang, attached to Area Command Effurun, Delta State. They brutally and extrajudicially killed a yet to be identified young man yesterday. Usman Nuhu was formerly with RRS and the defunct #SARS unit. He has multiple allegations of extrajudicial killings hanging over him. He also served at the Divisional Police Headquarters in Illah. He was reportedly transferred due to repeated misconduct and excessive use of force.
