@mandolinaes I’m just about to start my day and know it’s already been a day for you but I wish you luck anyway, hoping a little boost is helpful.

Today I have just woken up empty, not drained by the day. Empty before it started. My watch shows stress spiking from midnight. Body Battery that never climbed past 25. Small moments of rest that changed nothing. This is dysautonomia. When it misfires, the body burns resources constantly. While you sleep. While you rest. While you do nothing at all. There is no off switch. There is no recovery that sticks. Some days the collapse comes at 8pm. Some days it’s already there when you open your eyes. And you go anyway, or you don’t. And both cost the same. Wish me luck for today because I have to live

@Chris__X__ @kinsellawarren I had a pony-hatchback that I called my “scooter” cause that’s how I started it … open driver’s door, one foot on the ground, one foot inside. Give it a good shove and jump in. Pop the clutch and go. My Suzuki-beercan was great to work on to. No need to use the clutch ever 😆

You haven't really lived until you've had to push a car with a dead battery, jump in, throw it in 1st gear, and pop the clutch like a pro. Old-school struggles and unforgettable memories.

@ChefMedic I’m not very good at that (is anyone?) I curl into myself, shutout everyone I care about and emerge …. eventually. The one thing I have learned is not to fight it. We all have to go “through it”. There is no short cut.
