@fishoq In one month doing this I lost 10kg but its easier to get them back if you fast too much, its better if you do a lot of exercise instead of a lot of fasting

How much weight can u loose in a month if u fast for multiple days and then when u do eat u eat barely anything and then go to the gym and get 10k steps daily?
