More screen time does not make you a better trader. I trade for about an hour and I'm done. Not because I'm lazy but because my setups don't exist after 10:30 AM anyway. Staying glued to charts all day looking for something to do is how you force trades that shouldn't be taken.

Nobody told me this when I started trading: • The first month you'll think you've figured it out • The second month you'll give most of it back • You'll blame the strategy instead of your emotions • You'll switch strategies and restart the cycle • You'll do this 4 or 5 times before you realize the strategy was never the problem • The problem was always you

The whole point of walking through all of this isn't the individual trades. It's that the strategy never changed once. I just kept doing the exact same thing and slowly increased size as I got comfortable. These setups show up maybe once or twice a week. Sometimes zero. But at the right size, one trade a week is enough.
