The RCHS Chess team gave it everything they had and scored the most points (15) that they have scored all year but got edged out by a half point to Wichita Collegiate in the last round. RC got 2nd place in 3A and 6th place in all classes. Go Falcons!

Yesterday our Anatomy class and Science Club attended the cadaver lab at Cloud County Community College. It was a great day and an incredible learning experience for our students!

Congratulations to Denton Murrell who is signing with Midland University! Denton will be participating and competing in cheerleading while attending college. Go Falcons!

Riley County Middle and High School performed this evening at the 2026 Spring Choir Concert. The high school choir will perform next at the Big East League Music Festival along with the band. Way to go Falcons!

Congratulations to the RCHS Chess Team for their 4th place finish in Wichita today. This was the final tuneup before the State Chess Tournament in Emporia next weekend. Go Falcons!

Final Score: Falcons 41 Silver Lake 56 The Falcons battled hard but came up just short. They will finish the season as the Sub-State Runner-Up. We are incredibly proud of this team! Great season, Falcons!
