Texas A&M freshman CB Riley Crooks delivered a calm & collected performance in the Aggies 2-1 dub over UConn last night ⬇️ More about Riley and a few quick thoughts on her game 5’9 right footed Huntington Beach, California 🏠 Slammers FC ECNL 👍🏼composed on the ball, crisp passing, courage to carry the ball forward often 👍🏼made right decisions stepping up field: disrupted play, won the ball 👍🏼strong anticipation of forward movements, passes 👍🏼extremely fast to win 50/50s, strength to outlast a challenge 👍🏼can be more accurate in her 20+ yard aerial passes into forwards but…. 👍🏼had a lovely carry, played a long ball over the top to a runner which created a goal a pass later‼️ ASSIST Riley and the Aggies defense have started the season well however they will face the best attackers in the sport come SEC conference time! A tough test for a first year defender but Riley is proving she is up for every moment 🤠 #gigem
