What is the most amount of times you’ve seen a film in theaters? For me, I usually try to see a movie once but there have been exceptions where I’ve gone twice. Personally would love to see how many times I can watch one in a theater.

@ManuelaXibanya I often stick to a rule of "let the audience tell the story, but give them the devices to do so", it usually works much better as far as leaving a creative impact goes

@BradleyGreenVO yeah i think that's it. it's certainly possible to use it well, but as with other dramatic techniques in writing, in cinema, in art people dont like being told what to feel

i think my brain is starting to get allergic to the rhetorical technique where writers separate the last part of a chunk of text to really really emphasize the grim dignity of whatever theyre writing about cuz they dont really believe in their own words

@ManuelaXibanya It's like the full stop isn't good enough so they feel a need to add even more of a pause, like staring into a camera for dramatic effect

@BradleyGreenVO i dont know but often ill be reading some essay where this technique is employed multiple times and then i start thinking, bby ur not adding special emphasis u just write really tiny paragraphs
