I noticed recently that I developed a habit of stopping at contact during my swing and then slowly finishing through extension. So, during this lesson I focused more on finishing my swing all the way through. Also hit the stair master for 30 minutes while on vacation. No days off

Big win extra inning (8-7) against Stoneman Douglas on April 16th. In the previous week, we had played them and lost. After this loss, we discussed the importance of every little thing that plays into forming the big picture. We bounced back and have been on a win streak.

So sad Fall Ball 2024 has come to an end, but at least we went out with a win!! So excited to start the 2024-2025 high school season though! Thank you to my coaches for making this season so amazing!

Merry Christmas from the Lady Lions Varsity Softball Team and Coaching Staff at Westminster Academy! I got to spend sometime with the team. We played some VERY competitive games and enjoy some great food.

Some clips from the Rising Sun Showcase in Sunrise, FL that I attended with my team recently. I really enjoyed this experience, sorta new for me. The team went 4-1 which was amazing. Thank you to any of the Coaches who came to watch any of our games.
