Kind of a surreal feeling today.
Going from an open bracket referee for HCS Kansas City in April 2022. Where I drove 4 hours one way to be a local referee. Now, I am being contracted by EFG to be a Tournament Manager for Halo. Kind of on cloud nine atm. Time to prove myself.

Nobody talks enough about the game admins.
The ones running lobbies, solving problems in real time, staying calm when something is on fire. The ones who do it not for clout, but because they actually love the game. Because they care if things go right for the players and fans.
Every league you’ve ever watched only works because there’s a crew of grinders holding it together with pure passion.
So here’s to the game admins. The unsung heroes. The reason the show goes on every time!

Absolutely unreal that it’s been a year. I have the best colleagues and get to take such pride in being a small part of arguably the biggest game of all time.

Well today started my first shift on contract as the Head EU/MENA Admin for FNCS. Its a stable 5 day a week contract, which is an unbelievable blessing, especially how scary the esports landscape is right now. I've got amazing teammates from previous projects that have joined me on this adventure, and I'll let them post their own statuses without stealing their thunder, but our team is amazing. I am going to be scaling back my involvement in other esports in order to prioritize this stable work, but I promise its not a goodbye, its just a see you later.

Little life update - after 4 years at EE, my time has come to an end! I met a ton of incredible people during my time there and will miss them dearly ❤️
Very excited to announce that I've moved on to be the Player Operations Lead for VCT Americas at Riot! Gonna be a fun year 🤩
