Today, Add. Dir. @harshmangla held meeting with Superintendent to discuss the possibilities of adding the medicines in approved list for distribution by RIMS. Many medicines at present are bought by patients from open market as not made available by RIMS. @teamjharkhand

Add Dir @harshmangla meeting with the people of the Building dept, PHD & Cleaning agency. He discussed about the problems of seepage, water drainage & cleanliness in building. Gvn the poor system of cleanliness, he instructed the cleaning agency to strictly enforce @teamjharkhand

Ad. Dir. @harshmangla visited wards and viewed the Doctor presence, Cleanliness. Due 2 lack of proper cleanliness at the emergency door, the also directed to impose penalty for related agency & he also told to Supt to write to BSNL&Airtel for weak mob. netwrk Conn. @teamjharkhand

Add Dir.@harshmangla by also inspected the patient food and he gave the strict instructions to improve quality. He also heard complaints of some patients & give the instructions for tk action immediately and asked to cut the salary of the concerned officer. @teamjharkhand @cmojhr

Add Dir.(adm) @harshmangla held meeting in RIMS. He give direction on Employee duty Roster and Complete the necessary paper work till 23rd July for fill the vacant post in RIMS. Also discussed the Free Drinking Water System & Blood Bank Management. @teamjharkhand @cmojhr

Add Dir.(adm) @harshmangla held meeting with different wings incharge of RIMS. Directions were given on CCTV, Bio metric, Doctor roster, Security etc. Also discussed the necessary steps to fill the vacant posts in Paying ward,Trauma centre and para medical college. @teamjharkhand

Additional Director (Admin) @harshmangla visited Medicine Store of RIMS and reviewed the Medicine availability, Stock etc. Also gave the necessary guidelines to the employees. Dy. Superintendent were present along. @teamjharkhand @cmojhr

Add director (admin) @harshmangla held meeting with Pvt Security agency EHRC Instructed to Employee uniform, Each staff should be made responsible for prescribed area to be cordoned including common corridors area, Submit zone/sector wise deployment plan etc. @teamjharkhand

#RIMS is now having #Online_Registration_system for outstation patients for booking appointments. Patient need to register on ors.gov.in and choose date of appointment. This will help in saving time and plan well. @cmojhr @teamjharkhand #NewJharkhand

Addl director (admin) @harshmangla holding meeting with NIC and #RIMS officials on e-hospital module. Instructed to maintain full data of IPD, admission, discharge, bed occupancy and billing on portal. Initially gynecology and labour ward shall b fully operational within 10 days.

#RIMS admin is geared up and looking all aspects minutely so that additional sanctioned seats of #MBBS from 150 to 250 can be rolled up on schedule. Requirement of infra, equipment and manpower is being looked threadbare. @teamjharkhand @cmojhr #NewThinking #NewJharkhand
