In my experience, with clippable moments you will generally know after they happen that it would make a good short. Setting up a clip command with Streamer bot is a great way for you or your chat to clip the last 60 seconds of stream. Otherwise, if you feel like you're scrubbing vods and can't find anything: make original content! Write a script, record, post!
