A fantastic day of social value in action as we took part in a community tree planting event as part of the @cardiffcouncil @CoedCaerdydd initiative. 10 trees were planted this morning, which will start producing fruit in a couple of years for the community to enjoy.

Good news for the Cathays community as 64 social housing homes are given (unanimous) planning permission. The redevelopment of Medallion House in Cathays aims to help regenerate the area and serve the residential and commercial needs of the community. rioarchitects.com/news/uplift-fo…

It was a real pleasure meeting everyone involved in this project and meeting our partners at Herbert Thompson Primary School in person. We’re excited to begin working with the pupils. Together, we'll help give a disused building a new lease of life!

A couple of months ago, construction started on @BridgendCollege Town Centre Campus - a big step toward creating a sustainable, future-focused educational space for 850+ students. We’re glad to share some drone footage of progress, capturing the scale of the ambitious project.
