Trying to find a fix for this issue I’m having with the VITURE Luma Ultra XR glasses and my iPad 10th generation (running the latest iPadOS). - When I connect the glasses directly via USB-C, the screen on the glasses remains completely black/dark with no display output. - Long-pressing the right button (small button on the right arm) causes the display to go into a split-screen/half-screen mode or turns the glasses off entirely. - The SpaceWalker app shows the message “I am currently in 3D mode.” I have tried multiple resets: disconnecting/reconnecting, full iPad restarts, closing/reopening SpaceWalker, turning off Stage Manager, and using Screen Mirroring in Control Center. I have also updated the glasses firmware on a working device (my phone/laptop) using the official tool in Chrome. The glasses work perfectly fine for normal 2D mirroring and display on my phone and laptop, so the hardware itself seems functional. The issue only occurs with the iPad 10th gen. Troubleshooting Already Attempted: - Direct USB-C connection (original cable) - SpaceWalker app open before/after connection - Powered USB-C hub/adapter attempts (where possible) - Firmware update - iPadOS is fully updated - Avoiding long-press until in normal mode This matches reports from other users with iPads, so I’m curious if there is a fix. @getVITURE .
