Dear Attendees, As the first edition of Fantasy & Magic Con comes to an end, we would like to begin by thanking you for being part of it. Your enthusiasm, passion, and support meant the world to us 🫶🏻 At the same time, we know that not everything went as it should have. There were issues with venue signage, schedule changes, delays, and other organizational shortcomings that caused frustration and confusion for many of you. We are not going to pretend these problems didn’t happen. We take full responsibility for them. We sincerely apologize to everyone affected. Organizing the first edition of an event of this scale was a huge challenge, but we do not see that as an excuse. As organizers, it is our responsibility to provide the best possible experience, and in several areas, we simply fell short. Many of the issues were identified and addressed during the weekend itself, and we know that Sunday ran much more smoothly than Saturday. We are grateful for your patience as we adapted and improved in real time. At the same time, we know that many of these problems should never have happened in the first place, and we are determined to make sure they don’t happen again. We are already reviewing all of the feedback we have received. Every comment and suggestion will help shape the future of Fantasy & Magic Con. Our goal is to learn from this experience and deliver a significantly better event next time. We also want to thank everyone who shared both constructive criticism and words of encouragement. This first edition showed us not only what we achieved together, but also how much we still have to learn. We know that trust is earned, not expected. Rather than making grand promises, we want our future actions to speak for themselves. We will take your feedback seriously, keep improving, and work hard to make every future edition worthy of your time and trust. Thank you for being part of the very first Fantasy & Magic Con.
