@Thisismypcy @MarkYetter It's basically the baseline speed of the actual basic attack animation (not attack speed). This was sent to designers internally, so the messaging isn't totally clear, sorry. Her basic attacks should feel much snappier and smoother now.

With Anivia needing adjustments for 10.25, @RiotAzuBK wanted to expand the scope a bit and do a QoL pass on her Goals: -Unbind her from Tear so it's an option not mandatory -Improve reliability and flexibility of Q and R Tuning may still change, this should be on PBE next week

@Sk4rLoL @EeliAsser What? The second value is higher elo. We balance around all audiences. Shaco was overpowered everywhere. We buffed him a lot in 9.20, then nerfed him a little (he went up about 3% 9.20, then down 1% 9.21, in high elo).

@RiotAzuBK @EeliAsser And what about higher elo? Why is the winrate being calculated including lower elo just cause most players are there? Lower elo players don't understand base game mechanics and just yell "op" at stuff they don't like. Just feels unreasonable to balance around people who are bad.

@Sk4rLoL @EeliAsser Day 0 winrates should be taken with a grain of salt, but our internal data is still more accurate. Currently showing him at 51.9% winrate in average MMR (28K games), 52.6% in plat+ (3K games). 🙂

@GodDerpes_Leona @Rovient Conqueror still heals, but post-mitigation (not skewed against tanks). Aftershock base resists cut about in half (along w/ cd), scalings up from 0.5 > 0.8 bonus resists, and max health scaling on damage replaced with a higher value as bonus health scaling (also better for tanks).

@Rovient @RiotAzuBK perhaps they can also tell me of tentative numbers for aftershock since you want to make it less appealing to squishies and more for tanks. which i assume comes in the form of Armor/MR scalings

@Pinkwardlol @chaseshaco The "mains-only" argument is most true for Yasuo and Riven, but I think it should be clear why we don't privilege this sort of champion with a 57% winrate.

@chaseshaco @RiotAzuBK The only people going into a ranked game looking to play shaco support are shaco mains who want to play shaco support. The champ has a 25% banrate, that means for the most part shaco is only being played by those players who go into the game wanting to play him.

Boxes haven't been touched in YEARS and jungle shaco's coming off of a buff to get them nerfed. 😅 @RiotAzuBK Suggestions: Duration length 10%-15% AP ratio Max 3 boxes lvl 1 W keep 60 sec Lower fear instead allowing boxes to be attacked by raptors. Lvling up boxes up duration

@Pinkwardlol Compensating support defeats the purpose. Both solo lane and support build AP, so it doesn't differentiate effectively. This is an unfortunate tradeoff of a champion having 4 different builds/roles—they can't be balanced completely separately from each other.

@RiotAzuBK I stand by my suggestion of giving his W a +5% ap ratio buff to duration. It would bring his boxes back in line at 300ap keeping the duration for lanes like top/mid playable.

@CroC_nZk @Pinkwardlol I think the level 3 timing verges on unreasonable for such a strong ganker, and this specific strength is likely to contribute a lot of banrate for relatively little overall power. I want you to be able to play your champion.

@Pinkwardlol What I can say is that lane Shaco is much more powerful than it was last patch, and it will likely remain much more powerful than it was last patch after this nerf.

@Pinkwardlol To be 100% real here, we aren't going to have a solution that makes every playstyle of Shaco happy, especially because nerfs almost never make anyone happy. Shaco has an unusual # different playstyle options, and any change to one of them will affect some others.

@16MBF80 @MarkYetter Hi, yes. Lane Shaco (especially support) is as or more winning than jungle right now. This is meant to be a small tap to jungle Shaco (focused on the time to level 3) and a more meaningful nerf to support specifically, which is significantly overperforming.
