@ExasperatedDan What are your thoughts on towers feeling like they aren't dangerous at all in ARAM?

We're back in the office and back to work. Submitting the following changes to ARAM balance for patch 13.1. We kept it to safer buffs/nerfs in order to give the team time to properly test updates to the systems.

@ExasperatedDan @RiotPhreak Thanks for this update. Are there any thoughts about changing the damage that turrets do? It feels like a damage taking reduced bruiser can soak up a ton of turret shots currently.

Going to keep monitoring as things settle. The map changes were intended to make 5 squishy poke comps less oppressive. Front liners have a real role in ARAM. We hear frustration around the vision blocking and hexgate return, and are actively monitoring for the effect on the game

@AndrewsHotTakes @RiotOhmu If you're not lazy like me you should do a full off storage backup and drop it off at your friends/families house.

@RiotLaslow @RiotOhmu What are your thoughts on off-site storage for personal projects? I've been looking into getting a NAS but also worried about fires/quakes because I'm in CA. Maybe an occasional project zip and GDrive upload is fine?
