I believe for hardened steel you have to cut a little slow with these, at 40-45 strokes a min.

If you enjoy what you are doing, stick to it in 3rd year. If not, you already have explored a few more things and won't have to start from scratch

@blind_via Unless there are no manufacturing defects within the gates this delay will always exist tho? No guarantee they all have same threshold voltage right, and these are generally good at handling startup spike

This kind of log dismisses the idea that spreading them across multiple gates can relieve power. If a single gate is still taking a the brunt of the load, wtf is the point of the extras.

@blind_via So gates in parallel for current distribution is not as it looks. Most of the time it is a single Gate doing all the thing while the rest sitting idle. This has been found out during my experiments.

@ionicpropulsoin Depends on the target application. To keep things flexible and save on BOM/ reduce price, try modular approaches like an optional daughterboard (BMS) that connects to pads/ headers provided on main board (ESP).
If things are to be kept compact, go for a single board

Strain Relief of Soldered wire joints Wires that move during operation experience stress that wears down the cable at the solder joint. Using holes adjacent to your soldering points allows you to relieve the pressure on the joint by putting it on the nearby hole and the insulation of the cable instead. Adding glue or some other bonding material is a good idea too.
