We're looking for folks meeting the following specific criteria: 1) A new PTC applicant who took their course 7-11 months ago, whose class certificate may have expired by the time processing is done. 2). PTC holder with an upcoming renewal who is facing an expiration date BEFORE there is an available appointment. 3). The constitution doesn't restrict the people, it protects them by restricting the government. It doesn't give you your rights... You already have them. And hey America... Don't forget your duty to protect the security of a free state.
