पूरे सम्मान और आदर के साथ, मैंने दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट की माननीय जस्टिस स्वर्णकांता शर्मा जी को पत्र लिखकर निवेदन किया है कि, वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में, मेरी अंतरात्मा मुझे इस मामले की कार्यवाही में उनके समक्ष, आगे भाग लेने की अनुमति नहीं देती। मेरे लिए यह किसी व्यक्ति विशेष का प्रश्न नहीं है, बल्कि उस भरोसे का प्रश्न है जिस पर न्याय व्यवस्था खड़ी होती है- कि हर नागरिक को न्याय न केवल निष्पक्ष हो, बल्कि निष्पक्ष दिखाई भी दे। मैं यह भी स्पष्ट करना चाहता हूँ कि न्यायपालिका और संविधान पर मेरा विश्वास पूरी तरह अटूट है। लेकिन जब मन में गंभीर संदेह रह जाए, तो केवल औपचारिक भागीदारी मेरे लिए सही नहीं है। इसलिए मेरे पास सत्याग्रह के अलावा कोई रास्ता नहीं बचा…

@maheshperi @Peoplehope_Aap @raghav_chadha What he is today is only because of AAP I don’t see any guts in him to become the kind of person AAP has made of him…!! I NEVER trusted him…sitting from far away too!! The day he married his fate was decided…we knew he will join BJP one day!!

The angst against @raghav_chadha is not because he left AAP. Many left AAP as they were upset with Arvind Kejriwal. The 7 of them could have left AAP and forged a separate group. They could have joined Congress or TMC or any other group. In the past 5 years, AAP and its leaders were harassed and jailed by BJP. For every AAP person, BJP was the abuser, the enemy. To that extent, no AAP leader could sleep with the enemy. Raghav Chadha moved away from AAP and joined BJP as he wanted to be in power, enjoy power of a politician. It was all about being in power. What Raghav Chadha projected of himself and what he has done are the exact opposite. He sold himself as a young idealist politician and what emerged from the facade will put even the worst politician to shame. Raghav Chadha will lose, big time..

The decision of Kejriwal not to participate in the CBI appeal challenging his discharge,before Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma is a correct & justified decision. Undoubtedly,in the facts of this case, he has a reasonable apprehension of bias. I would say his apprehension is justified
