The @ritual_co scam continues - they charge a fee on pick up orders! An extra 49c fee added! I also let them know once again about many incorrect prices on their menu but they still won’t change it. They upcharge their food AND add a service fee! For pick up! Ridiculous.

Ridiculous that @ritual_co consistently charges higher prices than in-store and refuses to lower prices when they find out. Expecting $4.50 back from my order today from overcharging me. Plus items were missing from my order. Service has definitely decreased from this app.

@ritual_co But why are you charging a fee on top of up-charging the in store prices? I had another order yesterday where the cost was $0.95 more expensive than the store.

There won’t be a point in ordering from @ritual_co for pickup if there’s a fee involved. Not all restaurants, but there’s already a lot of inflated prices on the app - they claim to have in-store menu pricing but if you send proof the price is higher, they don’t change it. Bye.
