@trello @Atlassian Thanks, past that now. Exploring alternatives. My suggestion to you is to make the pathway to a human for customer service clear and efficient. @Trello is an outstanding product, but this experience almost guarantees that I would never trust you with a paid subscription.

Surfacing to try to get the attention of a business. @Atlassian, I just want the standard version of @Trello. Trying to change my subscription or contact you has been a nightmare. IME only Google has worse support and they at least have billions of customers as an excuse...

@QuickBooksCA Finally got through. Jeera (guessing at spelling, see case number 15128769725) has been excellent. However, it should not take me so long to get through your automated customer service menu and to a human being. Also, I think you are having network problems in Toronto ON.

The one thing that this place has going for it at this stage is that there is no pretence about what a shithole it is. @bluesky is going through an identity crisis and it’s painful to watch—especially since this isn’t the CEOs first time dealing with this problem.
