There is NO zero hour weights the rest of this week. Zero hour will begin Tuesday, January 16th.

Summer training has wrapped up and we hope everyone gets a chance to enjoy dead week! The level of commitment we saw from these girls this summer to the weight room and the gym was incredible! Excited for season!

There will be no summer strength and speed Monday (7/17) & Tuesday (7/18) this week. Sessions will resume Wednesday (7/19).
Dead Week begins Sunday, July 23rd through Sunday, July 30th. There will be no weights, camps, practices, or activities during this time.
