Moving forward new orders don’t have these issues and are backed by the delivery guarantee which is why we have put it in place to rebuild trust.

@TheCumbercat @legget_donald As we have discussed over the phone many times, your order was subject to many changes by the club with the orders being opened and closed multiple times which is what caused the delay. It wasn’t a case of taking on orders we can’t fulfil. I appreciate the customer service (1/2)
