@YvonneArtInc Also don't listen to me saying axis change happens only on jumps, i forget spin axis exists lol

@YvonneArtInc To be more technical about it, his weight gradually moves backward along the blade, the spin axis shifts toward the heel, front of the blade and much of the rocker lift slightly off the ice and he maintains rotation while balancing on a much smaller, less stable contact point

But the gravity force on the ankle on landing can be an injury trigger...
