@TeamYouTube I reached out to partner support. They were incredibly unhelpful. Thankfully, it seems the issue resolved itself despite not a single person at YouTube capable of understanding, clarifying, or addressing the central issue. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

Hey @YouTube my channel was hit with a baseless livestream community guidelines issue that I appealed and was immediately approved - but I still don't have livestream functionality restored. How long does that usually take to be resolved after a successful appeal?

@TeamYouTube Hey @TeamYouTube, it has been about 24 hours since your system erroneously flagged my video as being in violation of community guidelines, immediately accepted the appeal, and yet I still do not have livestreaming abilities restored. This is my job. What the hell?

@TeamYouTube I had a Community Guidelines restriction that I immediately appealed and the appeal was granted a couple minutes later because the flag was bogus. The ability to stream has not returned, however.
