What is it about Chagos, it is baffling. Why did Starmer @ Co pursue this as their first act on coming to power, it wasn’t in the manifesto was it? Against the wishes of the people of the Chagos, against our national interests, at enormous cost to the taxpayer. Do the Chinese have some personal leverage? Are there clandestine payments? Is it pure virtue signalling at enormous cost?? Why are they so determined to push it through?

@dontbrexitfixit If we adopt more EU regulation, closer alignment, etc. we'll suffer greatly. The EU brings no benefits to the UK; it promotes a global socialist agenda including rule by unelected leaders.

I can forgive those who voted to leave the EU, believing that it would genuinely be in Britain's best interests. But I cannot forgive those who still support Brexit, because it is clear by now that it is only in Putin's and Trump's interests, and those who serve them.
