A huge send off this afternoon for our District Spelling Bee Champion, 4th grader Larimar! She competes in the Lake County Spelling Bee tonight at 6pm. We loved clapping her out and her smile was priceless! Buckeye is super proud of you!

With the recent passing of Steeler great Franco Harris…not too many people know that years ago he heard our pay to participate fees were high and donated $1,500 to our district’s athletic program. Class act for a guy who really had no connection to our district.

Last week RHS football player Collin Fairbanks was named defensive player of the year for DII. in our area. Last night Mikey Maloney wins (earns) the Tony Fisher Award for best player in the area and Dave Bors for the Bob Ritley Coach of the year! Great couple weeks!
