The first batch of the White Polarity has been discontinued, and the last few units are available at select retailers. Starting in April, the silver-white Polarity will replace it permanently. If you have a white Polarity and it doesn't work with your sensor (particularly, 3950-based sensors), we have a replacement program in place to make sure every affected customer is accounted for. So far, we have found that less than 10% of users are affected. This was due to a small batch error in production. However, we took it very seriously and applied 3 separate QC gates to make sure it can never happen again. If you are one of those affected, please feel free to open a support ticket in our Discord server, email us, or let your local retailer know. We will cover your replacement unit and its shipping cost entirely.

@irrpaGOD but without like eating or biting as a result, some super slow pads ive tried in the past like the tjx kin or a custom uncoated glasspad have had this as well but if you press too much it will literally stop you, the polarity gets around that perfectly

@irrpaGOD its probs the most consistent surface ive ever used, faster than the hana and just a tad faster than kazemi, just as smooth as well. slower than the va5 and the stopping power is the best out of all of them tbh, it has a property of being able to be slower with force

does anyone use the polarity by tekkusai? ive heard the quality is great, but im curious about the surface, fast enough or balanced

The absence of Apex Legends-style recoil smoothing isn't a bug, and previous Battlefield games didn’t have it either. I went as far as datamining and converting the VCR-2's recoil stats from polar to Cartesian values, then reimplemented them in a modified version of BF4 just to see how they would interact with mouse movement. It turns out the behavior is exactly the same.

@Rivilant I tried that but the result ended up a tad too flat for my liking. I was running dual off camera flashes and I preferred the dramatic heavy contrast of a single vs 2. also leaned into the heavy contrast in editing, these are the raws with single and 2

@stubbyfps @Dragirek @paytondev Im ngl I felt like a moron delivering a grade after grading at home on my 240hz oled compared to my color accurate ips at work. My boss was like can you turn down the saturation and I looked at it on my second monitor and I was like holy fuck this looks terrible

@Dragirek @paytondev I don’t use oled for photography tho, there’s a massive difference in daily use on a phone and color accuracy for work. I don’t have the experience or knowledge to properly have a discussion on this topic based on facts and not my preconceived notion.

60Hz on a $1599 monitor is outrageous

@MacticsG1 @neodeye The game has a serious issue with its UI, its so jumbled and the design elements feel like they're slammed together it makes no sense and its very hard to read i was so overwhelmed when I first opened it up I had no idea what I was supposed to do
