As a true-blue native Brit and someone who has converted to Islam, I find it deeply worrying how so many of my countrymen are being brainwashed into thinking Islam is an “evil threat” that wants to “take over the world” and “kill all disbelievers.” Islam preaches no such thing. Islam is a beautiful religion. Allah (God) is the Most Gracious and Most Merciful, and the Prophet was sent as a mercy to all mankind. The Quran obliges all Muslims to be caring and charitable. Islam isn’t a threat. It is a cure for society’s many ills. The real threat comes from lying far-right hate mongers.
