got scammed trying to save my YouTube business turns out that scam made me a millionaire when my channel got demonetized overnight some guy on Discord told me he knew someone at YouTube “200 bucks and he’ll fix it” I pay him he vanishes felt like an idiot but that pain triggered something studied the algorithm rewired the entire channel optimized every frame every title every system today that same channel has made over 5 million lesson getting scammed might be the wake up call that makes you dangerous

theres a guy in an unnecessarily big house runs 7 faceless YT channels hires and trains his employees to script, edit, manage videos $5k pm at least per channel he has the magical touch for YT only responds to their texts no need to reply w “YT” look up “Riz Rayani” on YT

if you’re putting $1k on crypto looking at the charts and feeling any emotion you’re kinda stupid $1k could turn maybe into $3k? you cannot do anything with that better to keep saving up for a 1:1 or use to fund a real business crypto is only to stack not to start

everyone talks about going viral nobody talks about the guy who: - posts 3 vids a week - reuses 80% of the structure - tracks retention like a lunatic - doesn’t care about views for 90 days then prints $12k/month off a channel you’ve never seen silent killers > loud marketers

find a channel in a niche you want to dominate take screenshots paste into chatGPT with the link as well ask it to break down and create a strategy for your channel now you can ask it for topics, thumbnails, scripts and you improve them and post work smarter bro

titles don’t need to be unique to win there are videos with 2M views titled “habits that made me a millionaire” let’s say you are in that niche and want to copy this idea change angle “i tried the 10 habits that made X a millionaire” leveraging other persons fans + curiosity

i’ve seen people grow on youtube talking about: concrete mushrooms divorce law dentists you don’t need to be in a sexy niche you just need to hold attention youtube works the same no matter what you sell if people stay watching you win content is leverage and leverage doesn’t care what industry you’re in

don’t start by watching 100 tutorials don’t stress over the “perfect” niche or schedule start by posting shorts they’re low effort fast to produce and brutally honest about what works you’ll learn more by making 10 shorts than by planning for 30 days test more and faster

“how do i get more views?” everyone asks this but it’s the wrong question the real question is: “why did this specific video outperform the rest?” forget tutorials go study outliers find the 3-5 channels in your niche with weird breakouts rewind their top videos look at hook pacing, thumbnail structure, intro setup, edits replicate the structure, not the topic youtube doesn’t reward effort it rewards high-signal patterns

most guys don’t fail because of business they fail because of who they’re dating the right girl multiplies your output the wrong one drains your drive one hypes your ideas asks the right questions makes you a better man the other wants attention kills your focus makes you question the grind pick wrong and you’ll stall a 7-figure run

in 43 minutes look for channels in the history niche copy and paste link to chatGPT tell him to analyze and breakdown the structure and key points of the entire video ask for a script but for a different micro niche (medieval, conquerors, etc) record the voice or use elevenlabs get it edited for $40 thumbnail with chatGPT you got an evergreen channel that prints (no pic cuz i don’t want this to go viral)
