Starting off at 95.2kg back in August 2024 and achieving 75.8kg in April 2026 has been such a rewarding experience. 53yrs old, 4 heart attacks between 2018-2025 and being able to lose most of my visceral fat and get lean is a huge win for me. 54yrs old in May this year and I will hit my target weight at 72kg. Aiming for 69kg by December as my final target 👊🏽

@Riz_F1 Your target weight is spot on. Well done for persevering. What excercises are you doing to keep fit so far? I used to run but an old ankle injury keeps flaring up so I walk as much as possible. But not as much as I would like because of the time it now takes... 😩
