@Rizziliant @TheVerizzle @Popplayzz1 Another thing that happens is that cleaning the machine is a pain and takes time - and since the employees (understandably) don't want to stay later after close, they take down the machine early to clean it, but say it's broken because it sounds better.

@Popplayzz1 Idk how US machine works but that wouldn’t work in the UK. if the machine is broke it either is actually broke or in its cleaning cycle which is automatic and can’t be stopped.
