@BasedPota18 @NERD9001 More or less the U6 Saiyans took Goku's path as a species and thus evolved past the need of tails as a result. Kinda like what happened with Trunks and Goten.

Considering that they’re also protectors and the manga explicitly says they long evolved past tails, It would thus also mean they’re much more either older or evolved, and that they’ve for years spent years fighting dangerous threats greater than them and thus experiencing more Zenkai, as opposed to picking on easy targets like U7 Saiyans

Yknow with Zenkai boosts, that would probably raise the question why more Saiyans didn’t end up stronger than they were, But I think there’s something to consider, Saiyan invasions were specifically coordinated attacks, the worlds they attacked were either weak enough that they could massacre them in base form OR, if they were stronger, that their squads could exploit the moon and massacre them as Oozaru They deliberately picked fights they knew they could win easily, so there was no opportunity they could actually get the near death experiences Yeah they craved battle but unlike Goku they specifically cared about *winning* said battles
