We could have bought 250 units, and supported 250 people for 3 years if we had chosen to use Tiny Shelters over the $39M we’ll spend on Comfort Inn in the next 3 years. We’d own them. This is using Peterborough’s financials of $2M per 50 units. #nlpoli

We’ve just hit $3.6 million in expenditures to the comfort Inn. This is exactly the amount it would have cost to buy, ship, and place 100 tiny shelters, along with 2 central buildings for supports, kitchens, laundry, and washrooms. If we had taken this route, We’d own them.
