- Drop it in our "competitors" channel in our team Discord
- Give it to Claude to do a full deep dive 👇
- Look for any customer reviews/complaints/feedback/testimonials
- Scrape any feedback boards or forums
- Extract product insights from all this research (keep for future feature updates)
- Extract marketing insights - break down their top channels, their social strategy, reddit, SEO everything...
- Feed my research .md file with all these details (keep for future marketing content)
- Every subsequent piece of content that's created will have context of this research
So the content will be more relatable, practical and useful for the user..
This ensures that both Voibe's product and marketing keeps getting better as more competitors join the market..

So we had a lawyer sign up for the Voibe for Windows waitlist over the weekend
They wanted 9 licenses..
All combined we now have around 30 people with 50+ licenses between them..
Enough validation for us to start working on a windows version of the app..
Lets see how easy/difficult it is.. 🤞
