My largest holding $AMD reports Tuesday. Expecting strong beats + plenty of buzz around CPU shortages. That said, I think the stock pulls back ~5% post-earnings. It’s already up 75% in the past month and Lisa Su is famous for sandbagging guidance. $CELH (4% position) reports Thursday. The stock is down 27% YTD and feels oversold. If they deliver good numbers, I could easily see it pop back toward $40 (it was trading near $50 not long ago). Analyst downgrades and Costco Kirkland energy drink fears are overblown in my view. I’m extremely bullish and keep adding shares under $40. What are your expectations for $AMD and $CELH this week?

NEWS: In a major 6–3 decision, the Supreme Court has struck down Louisiana’s congressional map that added a second majority-Black district, ruling it unconstitutional as a racial gerrymander. The opinion, written by Justice Samuel Alito, narrows how the Voting Rights Act is interpreted moving forward. Justice Elena Kagan, in a sharp dissent joined by the Court’s other liberal justices, warned that the ruling weakens protections against racial discrimination in voting—arguing it allows states to dilute minority voting power “without legal consequence.” She described the decision as part of a broader trend that has steadily eroded key provisions of the Voting Rights Act since 2013. While the Court did not overturn the law entirely, the ruling could have significant consequences. Louisiana is now likely to lose a Democratic-leaning district, and other states may revisit their own maps amid ongoing redistricting battles.

Justice Kagan writes in her dissent that the Supreme Court’s decision in Louisiana v Callais “enters Section 2 all but a dead letter” The court’s decision could pave the way for southern states to draw out majority Black congressional districts.
