Gilfach Goch tap water is freezing compared to the tap water in Pontypridd 💧 It must be the Gilfach Spring mountains that surround the village. Everytime I go to that place I still have shivers thinking about playing youth rugby against them on that pitch.

Best thing for Tennis elbow 🎾 Been struggling with it for 4 weeks now and its getting worse not better. Last time i played tennis was my high school u17 Final and i beat @Rob21agnew 6-0 / 6-1 so wasn't really tested that day either so i don't think thats the cause 👍
