Earlier this week we celebrated Pyjamarama Day by enjoying lots of wonderful stories, sharing our favourite books and exploring the amazing work of author and illustrator Rob Biddulph. We even recreated our very own Gregosaurus! #PyjamaramaDay #ReadingForPleasure @RobBiddulph

Was delighted to be the opening act of the @Waterstones Children's Book Festival 2026 this morning in Somerset, reading stories and drawing pictures with several hundred excited schoolkids. Big thanks to Waterstones for having me and to everybody who made it go so smoothly. I was sad to miss @frankcottrell_b's laureate lecture last night, but if there was ever a good reason to miss it, spending the morning with so many brilliant children reminding me exactly why reading for pleasure matters so much was probably it… Onwards! (Fleet Street Festival tomorrow...)

#gorsewoodenrichment In ‘drawing club’ today we explored how to draw an axolotl with the help of author and illustrator #DrawWithRob @RobBiddulph . We are thrilled with the results!

Very cool exhibition at @StAlbansmuseums by #bringbarnetback supporter @RobBiddulph. For years he drew a picture on a post it note for his daughter and put it in her lunch box. Would defo recommend for your kids.
