@tgrierhisd Those with too many priorities have no clear priorities.

I just reviewed a major school district’s strategic plan. It contained over 50 ‘strategies’ and 200 action items. Their ‘priority’ schools contained 11 strategies, 31 tactics, and over 240 action steps. Any bets on whether they will achieve breakthrough performance this year?
