Just over 3 years ago the Reproductive Health Equity Act (RHEA) was signed into law in Oregon, passed by @ORSenDemocrats and @ORHouseDems during the 2017 #ORleg session. A landmark piece of legislation which expanded reproductive health coverage for all. (1/2) #ORpol
