Tees maintenance complete, held off on the feed for now. Full course cut this week. Getting signs of growth but into the season of different growth rates on Greens so not as smooth as we’d like but still in a good place. Aprons and fairways next week. Great teamwork. Enjoy. 👍🫡

Warm and sunny this week so we went ahead with Tee renovations. Double scarify, followed by hollow-coring. With over seeding and top dressing to come later this week. As well as managing to get a spray on the greens and the course cut, busy week ahead

Cut and roll this morning at a slightly lower height. Last of my turf defence packs going out today on what looks to be a cracking day. A lot of work to do before the weekend!! ☀️

@YourGreenPal I don’t expect quick recovery due to current temps but we will feed them at the end of the week to give them a boost. 👍

@RobGroves78 That’s a solid maintenance plan right there. Double scarify and overseed should really set those tees up nicely - how quickly do you expect them to recover?

The decent weather has made our decision for us so we commence with our course maintenance work. Starting with double scarify on tees followed by a core. Overseed + sand dressing to commence in the next day or so. Team working hard as always as well as fitting in a course cut.👊

The turf industry isn’t always easy. Majority of people don’t the early mornings and late nights. Weather issues. Sometimes plans not panning out and even sometimes debating leaving the industry completely. But, that satisfying feeling what things go right is what keeps us here.
