I'll never understand how I, at 31 years with terrible diet and no consistent playing schedule, am able to sustain my energy longer and honestly give more energy on the court than kids who are 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20+ year olds.

I say/teach that there are 4 things you can do from the triple-threat position.
1. Pass
2. Dribble
3. Shoot
and
4. Pivot
Can't forget about using good footwork to create better passing lanes, dribbling lanes and shooting windows.
