If Seniors Darts demise is looming then I’m not surprised. Perhaps VVdV did too? Not sure if what they really wanted was a nostalgia tour. They started giving out more & more invites rather than actual qualifiers/tour etc. I get big names should sell tickets but that didn’t work did it. With hindsight, the RVB invite may have been a way of trying to reignite the furore around the events (especially with Taylor no longer playing). I wonder if The Bronzed Adonis might go to Q-School next year? The likes of Peter Wright, RVB etc may have to reconsider their retirement plans for life after the PDC.

@JJIdsardi Will the UK and Ireland tour card and associate member Qualifier have the same rules as the other qualifiers so nobody in the top 64 can enter?

Realistically, more than 85 Tour Card Holders will qualify for the World Championship. That's A LOT. No excuses anymore if you don't qualify for the WC, while Tour Cards have increased in value as well.
