Kinda telling how critics are giving so much credit to Rogen/Norton for their work on The Invite rather than Olivia Wilde. If Noah Baumbach made the same movie he would be the front runner to win best director rn.

the invite is mindnumbingly boring ngl, it could easily be a sitcom filler episode, 3/5 olivia wilde was great on screen, ed norton was so unbearably boring so was cruz

@jake_burns18 O ok. I didn't really know what she played, just that she's in it. But to me, I go into every movie these days assuming Hollywood do something to try to teach us some lessons instead of just great story telling. So I just take it all w grain of salt & tey to enjoy anyway.

@RobOstrom Dang. I was hoping for a review. We don’t get to many movies these days, but assumed worst case the IMAX visuals would be worth it. What did you see instead? If you can see through the haze.

Can’t believe I’m at a theater that has IMAX and the kids don’t want to see The Odyssey.
