@RobSuisted Was making more than I could consume at peak. So putting into 750ml flip-top bottles. Two days at room temp to condition, then into beer fridge. - 1m flood water through garage had different ideas - floating fridge / then dead fridge. - has just been sitting in cold water chilly

@RobSuisted Yes, that is how I eat them too 🤣 I also choose to scoop out the flesh in pairs onto a plate first, and place the pre-washed & trimmed skins immediately into a clean jar to make feijoa fizz. Thus I can still have the selection of best flavour last and have feijoa fizz later.
