Wow I cannot remember a time when the A1 Team Valley/Metro/Birtley area was without roadworks. I ended up being half an hour early 🤣 200m out of Hexham I had made up a new swearword though. Volvos and middlelane drivers (which are also usually Volvos)!

Chocolate eclairs baked after Sunday dinner. Only problem is, you could eat several 🐷. 2 Sourdough loaves, 1 white and the other has a little wholemeal flour in it. 🥵 #hotinthekitchen

Chocolate #Bundt cake, baked in @NordicWareUK square Bundt pan. The cake is draped with chocolate, with homemade mini chocolate bars.

After roasting a leg of lamb, for tomorrow’s dinner, I’ve baked cheese and ham Muffins. Once baked they’re brushed with a garlic infused butter to glaze.

Bit me tongue earlier eating a biscuit now I can hardly swallow a cup of coffee 😭😭😭😭😭

My mother enjoys baking too, we’ve baked Steak n onion & chicken Pies. Cheesy sausage rolls, there’s a couple of quiches, as our neighbour brought 18 fresh eggs and to finish off there’s a ham n egg pie.
