@etihad Is this how your review happens? I have no update on my ticket raised,no actions taken yet,pathetic customer service,never seen such a delay ,are you not sure if your flight really got delayed? ask your captain who kept all of your passengers waiting for 4.5 hours.

@etihad your flight to Munich on 1st Dec 2024 got redirected to Stuttgart, and I was made to wait in the plane for more than 4 hours, no transport to Munich by you, spoiled my business trip and sleep,raised complaint 2412124537215,but no resolution from you yet, is this ethical?
