Although very loyal to @airindia, I flew @etihad business class on our US trip recently. Etihad's experience from booking to landing was fantastic. Their attention to detail on every touchpoint was incredible and very satisfying. I expect to be an Etihad guest more often.

@etihad Thanks for a comfortable flight experience from New Delhi to Boston by flights EY 219 and EY 007. The transfer at Abu Dhabi was a bit rushed, but otherwise the cabin crew helped in making the flight very comfortable

@EtihadHelp Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We’ve been waiting at Abu Dhabi Airport for over 2 hours after missing our flight due to the airline’s scheduling issues and mismanagement. Customer service has been of no help and no proper assistance or resolution given.

Really disappointed with @Etihad. I had to change my parents’ flight due to a medical emergency. During rebooking, your website never alerted me that the new itinerary involved an airport change in New York—something many other airlines clearly warn passengers about.
